Lusaka Baptist Church shall have been in existence for 50 years in the year 2010 the Lord willing. Yes the Lord would have taken us through several phases under the ministry of over 6 different Pastors.
2010 shall be a year when we hope to look back at what our great God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ has achieved through His Son and by His blessed Holy Spirit among us over the years.
It is hoped that as many as possible of past members and attendees shall be able to join us in that year so that together we can with one voice lift up the name of our Lord Jesus Christ for the many souls that He has brought to Himself in His electing love and many more that He through our feeble efforts shall bring into His Kingdom in the years ahead.

With all this in mind we are engaged in various projects including the extension/rebuild of the church bulding and environs. We are also pursuing the gathering of a pictorial and textual database of past and present facts, figures, places and of all people connected to LBC. In light of this database project we wish to appeal to present and previous members/ attendees of the Lusaka Baptist Church to send us any photographic and any other memorablia pertaining to their time at LBC.
To help us with this data gathering we shall in the not too distant future, ( Possibly mid 2007), carry out a major overhaul of our website to include photo albums and also a data gathering mechanism. Please feel free even now to get in touch with our leadership team at elders@lusakabaptist.org
Church School
-The church runs a school which is primarily aimed at evangelising the
young from an early age in an environment that caters for all their
needs. The church school administration and teaching is conducted by
believers. The head of the school is an elders wife who is a trained
teacher.
The Lusaka Baptist
Church school (with a strong Christian ethos)mainly caters for infant
and junior children in the neighbourhood. Run by church members, the
school has been in existence for a good number of years and has seen
great growth. It is totally funded by the church and income received
from school fees which are relatively low considering the fees charged
by similar commercial concerns.
